About Trusting Therapy

Trusting Therapy offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel safe to explore whatever may be going on for them. Rather than a clinical, minimal environment, the therapy space is cosy, warm, and colourful — many clients have described it as feeling more like a lounge than a therapy room, helping them to feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease from the moment they arrive.

I know reaching out for support can feel difficult. Sometimes people come to therapy with a clear understanding of what’s troubling them, while for other times there’s simply a feeling that something isn’t quite right. Whatever brings you here, my aim is to offer a space where you feel heard, accepted, and able to go at your own pace.

The Relationship We Build

The relationship we build together is at the heart of therapy. Feeling safe, understood, and genuinely listened to, can make a huge difference, whether you’re an adult seeking support for yourself, or a parent looking for help for your child or young person. My approach is gentle, relational, and collaborative. I don’t believe people fit neatly into boxes, and I work with each person as an individual, with warmth, curiosity, and care.

Tools & Techniques

When working with children and young people, I may use a range of creative approaches.
