Reaching out for counselling support can feel like a big first step, so please contact me in whatever way feels most comfortable for you.

 

As I’m often with clients during the day and evening, I’m usually unable to answer phone calls immediately. Email or WhatsApp are often the best ways to reach me, though you’re very welcome to leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
