Face-to-Face Therapy
When delivering face-to-face therapy, I specialise in supporting children and young adults aged 5 to 24, helping them navigate a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
These include trauma, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I bring a compassionate, non-judgmental approach to each session, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and supported.

Areas of specific interest include trauma, bipolar disorder, depression, suicidal thoughts, anxiety, and neurodiversity. My interest and understanding in these areas are grounded not only in academic research from my master’s degree but also in meaningful lived experience, which deeply informs my therapeutic approach.
