Welcome and thank you for visiting

Hello, my name is Beverley and I’m truly grateful you’ve found your way here.

Whatever you’re going through, you don’t have to face it alone. This is a space where you can show up just as you are—no pressure, no judgment. I’m here to walk alongside you with warmth, compassion, and care. However long these feelings have been with you, there is hope—and healing can begin, one step at a time.

Perhaps you're seeking help for a child or young person, why not reach out to see how I can help.

Along with experience of a diverse range of presenting issues acquired from working in school and 6th form settings, I have 'areas of specific interest' from greater knowledge, acquired not only from training, but from lived experience and master’s degree research. These areas are anxiety, bipolar, trauma, neurodiversity, suicidal thoughts and low mood/depression.

Anxiety

I offer a gentle, supportive space for exploring anxiety. We work together to understand its triggers, address negative thought patterns, and develop practical coping skills. My aim is to help you feel more in control, reduce worry, and build inner strength to navigate life’s challenges with confidence.

Bipolar

Whether you’ve been diagnosed with bipolar disorder or identify with the experience in your own way, I welcome you. Whether you view bipolar as an illness, a part of who you are, or something else entirely—I’m here to walk alongside you on your journey with understanding and respect. At the age of 21, I received a bipolar diagnosis myself, so although we may not have walked the same path, my lived experience allows for deep insight and understanding.

Trauma

As a qualified therapist with lived experience, I bring empathy and understanding to our work together. I create a safe space where you can process your trauma at your own pace. Together, we explore healing and work toward reclaiming your sense of peace.

Neurodiversity

I embrace neurodiversity by creating a supportive, non-judgmental space tailored to each individual's unique ways of thinking and experiencing the world. I adapt therapeutic approaches to meet diverse needs, empowering clients to understand themselves, build on their strengths, and navigate challenges with confidence and self-compassion.

Suicidal Thoughts

When working with suicidal thoughts, I focus on creating a safe and compassionate space where you can freely share your feelings without fear of judgment. Together, we explore what’s behind these thoughts, create a plan for safety, and discover new ways to cope. My priority is to support you, build your emotional strength, and help guide you toward a place of hope and healing.

Low Mood/Depression

I support clients with low mood and depression by fostering a safe, empathetic environment. Together, we explore underlying causes, challenge negative thought patterns, and develop coping strategies. My goal is to help clients regain a sense of hope, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
